Upgrading Specialised Process Units for Municipal Water & Sewage Treatment Plants

Hydroflux has recently upgraded several water and sewage treatment plants across Australia, New Zealand and PNG to increase performance, improve automation, enable reuse and increase capacity, for specific process steps within the treatment flowsheet.

Some Examples Include:
- 7.2MLD Membrane Bioreactor Replacement (MBR) and New Ultra-Violet (UV) treatment
- 2.2MLD process upgrade to a continuous activated sludge treatment plant, new inlet works system with bypass and modular sludge treatment facility, automation and remote monitoring system
- 2MLD process upgrade to a potable water treatment plant for new Ultra-Violet (UV) system
- 2MLD sewage treatment plant upgrade; design and installation of a new sludge treatment facility including automation and SCADA integration
- 5MLD complete aeration solution including process design, blower packages, removal HyGrid frames, ultra fine bubble diffusers, aeration header, instrumentation and performance testing
