Protecting Water Resources with Advanced HyPURE® RO Solutions

August 20, 2026

Hydroflux has recently delivered a series of HyPURE® reverse osmosis (RO) solutions that help industrial clients improve water quality, enhance operational efficiency and support better water management across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.

Designed to meet each client’s specific feedwater characteristics, operating conditions and product water quality requirements, these projects highlight the versatility of HyPURE® RO technology across a diverse range of industries.

Recent projects include:

  • Food & Beverage – High-purity hygienic and non-hygienic process water systems for manufacturers in Queensland, South Australia and New Zealand, delivering consistent water quality from potable and bore water supplies.
  • Infrastructure – A customised RO system for a major New South Wales project treating construction water as the final stage of treatment reducing the TDS whilst providing an effective barrier to PFAS and other dissolved contaminants.
  • Advanced Technology – Containerised HyPURE® RO systems incorporating electrodeionisation (EDI) to produce ultrapure water for advanced industrial applications, delivering compact, factory-tested solutions for rapid deployment.

Every HyPURE® system is engineered around the application, with careful consideration given to feedwater chemistry, pretreatment, membrane selection, recovery, automation and long-term performance. Depending on the project, systems can incorporate:

  • Filtration
  • Water softening
  • Activated carbon
  • Chemical dosing
  • Ultraviolet (UV) disinfection
  • Electrodeionisation (EDI)

This integrated approach enables Hydroflux to deliver complete high-purity water treatment solutions that are reliable, efficient and simple to operate.

“Every project has unique water quality challenges and performance requirements,” says Mathew Foster, CEO of Hydroflux Industrial. “Our focus is on delivering practical, reliable treatment systems that consistently achieve the required water quality while minimising operational complexity.”

With extensive experience across industrial, food and beverage, infrastructure and advanced manufacturing sectors, Hydroflux continues to deliver tailored high-purity water treatment solutions throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.
